He Lives a Painted Life

"He Lives a Painted Life" explored PMG's founding artist Isaiah Zagar’s influences and use of materials to help him to portray his individuality. Works in the exhibition contain photographs by Zagar, folk art from his travels, and personal anecdotes displayed as individual text panels that celebrated his wide arc as an artist and his distinctive spot in Philadelphia and the greater art world.
